Theresa has been coaching me for 5 months and during this time I have made a number of changes which have had a positive effect on my lifestyle and had benefits for my family also. Theresa is very effective at patently teasing out key areas for change and when identified makes me have no other choice but to act! The areas we have worked on have been on organising my work, finances, home life and personal development.
I am self employed and feel that I am on the edge of major success and financial ruin (with serious implications for my family) – but with Theresa’s support I am better able to deal with this situation proactively and with a sense of fun and adventure and I am now in a position where I am totally convinced that there is no outcome other than success!
